Step-by-Step Guide to Getting Listed

IAM Listing Process:

1. Operational Experience: Your company must have been in business for at least one year. This will be verified through your business registration license.

2. Sponsorship Letters (2): Secure two recommendation letters from current IAM members on your company's letterhead and signed by a company official. These letters express support for your company's membership application.

3. Business Registration License (PDF): Submit a PDF copy of your business registration license. If the document is not in English, you'll need to provide a certified English translation.

4. Online Membership Application: Complete the online membership application form available on the IAM website.

5. Validation Program: If your company is interested in participating in the IAM Validation program (details likely available on the IAM website), ensure your business license clearly demonstrates you meet the one-year minimum operational experience requirement.

FIDI Listing Process:

1. The FAIM Documentation: This is a document required to even apply for the process. Purchase the FAIM documentation (1500 EUR)

2. Submitting the document: Submit the Pre-Audit self-assessment and supporting documents to FAIM Coordination Centre (FCC)

3. The Objection Phase: Pass the 28-day objection phase where existing FIDI Affiliates can lodge an objection, this is to create a fair playing field. 

4. A FAIM visitor: Undergo a FAIM auditor visit

5. Getting in: Pay the FIDI entrance and membership fees and attend the FIDI Academy 5-day EIM Seminar (Essentials in International Moving) within 12 months of Affiliation
